Walking around Noto

During a break, walking along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main street in Noto, I decide to enter a small shop. Small maintenance jobs, rearrangement of spaces, a lot of mess … it’s normal we are still in a low season and getting ready for spring and the arrival of thousands of tourists! Chatting with the owner, I notice a small stand between the windows and the main entrance. On a small table are displayed hundreds of small lemon squeezers made entirely by hand in ceramic and stainless steel which, consisting of a small tip, allow the lemon juice to be extracted, to then be used for lemonades, granitas or limoncello.
