Thanks to the synergy born with Agriturismo Papyrus, there were really numerous cultural-food and wine events organized during the 2021 season to enrich the stay of our guests. Unique experiences in which our guests were the absolute protagonists of live cooking shows, buffets & Sicilian themed aperitifs rich in Mediterranean aromas and flavors expertly set up by Eric Scuotto with the collaboration of Giusy Pulvirenti and Pasquale Scuotto.
Among the nicest groups of the beginning of the season, we cannot fail to mention the students of the School of Naturopathy of Syracuse who spent three days in our company, including live cooking shows, excursions and tastings. Also in May we welcomed with great enthusiasm the film crew of Paolo Taviani, in Syracuse for the filming of one of his latest masterpieces, to which we reserved a tasting based on typical Sicilian products.
Among the most interesting events, which we will certainly propose again, the educational workshops for children to which we have reserved many sweet surprises.
“Arancini what a passion” was, on the other hand, the live cooking show chosen by a nice Latvian group and the Morgan Club group, very cordial French guests who arrived in Syracuse in their vintage cars. Among the events that gave us a lot of satisfactions, Mercurius Eagle, the gathering that brought together over 50 NATO delegates in Syracuse for which we set up a Sicilian buffet based on typical products of our tradition, thanks to the collaboration of the Drago Company and the Fausta Mansio company.
August was the month in which we hosted Miss Magdula, influencer and digital creator who, for one day, visited with us the historic – monumental beauties of our city and participated in a delicious lunch at a typical house in Ortigia.
Among the most delightful guests of 2021, the young married couples who have finally crowned their dream of love after two years of waiting. Our Wedding tour for the nice Daniele and Giulia, on their honeymoon in the south-east of Sicily and the banquet organized at the banquet hall “Il Faraone” for the friends of Nicoletta and Giuseppe, coming from different parts of Europe, are certainly among the most exciting events of this 2021.
